1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with BillyGlass, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service where it is unsafe to proceed.

2. Guarantee

All chip repairs carry a lifetime guarantee against the repair failing. Windscreen and glass replacements are guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship and materials.

3. Insurance Claims

We work with all major UK insurers. It is your responsibility to confirm your cover before booking. We are not liable for any excess or policy changes made by your insurer.

4. Cancellations

Please give at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Liability

BillyGlass is not liable for any pre-existing damage, vehicle defects, or issues unrelated to the service performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
